Richard and Jo’s barn is so peaceful. It’s a barn in the woods, nearby some beautiful views and cute towns (we went to Skibbereen and Clonakilty). Perfect place for R & R. I stayed there with my partner for 10 days and we felt incredibly relaxed the entire time. The nature, dogs, cats, chickens, birds, and nearby beach were so nice I rarely felt like I had to leave.

This was a return trip for us and it was just as idyllic as last year . We loved everything about the Long Barn ; the peaceful setting , the comfy beds , the proximity to the beach , the dogs and chickens , friendly hosts . We will be back next year hopefully.

Such a fabulous quiet peaceful retreat. We stayed here for two nights and loved the quiet countryside rural location. The dogs and chickens were a major hit with our daughter as was the little people beach a couple of minutes walk away.
